Haldimand and Norfolk Social Services – Ontario Works Division is conducting random home visits to ensure you are receiving the correct amount of financial assistance. These visits are a mandatory component of the Ontario Works program. Visits will be 15 to 20 minutes in length and may include a review of the Rights and Responsibilities form. A letter will be sent to advise you for visit date and time.

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2018: Transportation requests which include taxi or bus tickets will now be arranged by calling 519-426-6170 Ext. 3520. You no longer need to contact your case manager for transportation request for medical appointments. You are still required to submit the purple Medical Travel and Transportation form to your Case Manager.
