Children’s Services

Haldimand-Norfolk Children’s Services as the Service System Manager for our two counties, plans, manages and supports the delivery of high-quality and affordable child care services in our communities. In addition to the local management of the EarlyON Child & Family Centres and supporting licensed child care, we also fund a range of programs and support services for parents, caregivers, and children in Haldimand and Norfolk, including financial help with the cost of child care, a centralized waitlist and child care registry, and support for children with special needs.
