Ontario Works offers services to the community. Staff will be located in various locations in Haldimand and Norfolk weekly to answer questions and support our community.
Services offered:
- Community resources (food, clothing, personal hygiene items, mental health and substance abuse supports)
- Computer support (wifi, email, registering for My Benefits)
- Completing applications (ID, healthcare, Service Canada)
- Care Kits (PPE, hygiene items)
- Phone support
- System navigations
- Safe and non-judgemental space
